HYPE Systems Inc. is proud to present QSS . A secure means to access your QuickClaim medical billing software from any computer anywhere in the world...
QSS connects your staff locally and remotely (securely through the internet) concurrently to your QuickClaim computer. Whether you want to be able to work from home, while on vacation or simply from another part of the office, you will no longer need to buy additional licenses for each of your computers.
» Cost
QSS set-up and service is carried out from a Master QSS Server at HYPE's offices. There is a one-time set-up fee of $250.00.
Basic QSS - $29.95/mo. (plus
the cost of a QuickClaim master License)
Provides you with 2 Remote User Licences; useable
on an unlimited number of computers, anywhere (office, home, hospital,
abroad). The number of User Licences can expand as your practice
grows. In addition Basic QSS includes future QuickClaim upgrades, government
mandated patches and the latest SOB files; unlimited remote software
support, and regular preventative maintenance. That's
an, unbeatable, $180 a year per User Licence, useable on an unlimited
number of computers.
Premium QSS - $49.95/mo. (plus the cost
of a QuickClaim master License)
Premium QSS includes the above Basic service as well as, overnight QuickClaim
data back-up, health card validation overnight with OBEC, and real time
HCV with datapac (additional Bell Canada charges may apply).
Additional Users - Only $14.95/mth.

(Note: If you are a large clinic/organization with extensive billings, data back-up, HCV, etc. ask about our high-speed solutions which can save you hundreds of dollars each month.)
High-speed internet connection is required for QSS and is freely supplied by SSHA through MOH funding. QSS access is not limited to QuickClaim, you will have remote access to all your software in your "QuickClaim Computer".

The QuickClaim database folder is not shared among networked computers.

Unattended, logged on workstations are password-protected and can be disconnected remotely.

Users are accountable for logging in and out ensuring personal responsibility over security.

QSS uses Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) with its RSA Security's RC4 cipher, a stream cipher designed to efficiently encrypt small amounts of data. RC4 is designed for secure communications over networks. It encrypts data by using a 128-bit key.

secretary enters the daily claims, you may be printing financial reports
at home, or billing from the hospital.
- As your practice grows, your number of User Licenses
may grow. If you purchase more computers or introduce a second shift,
you will only be charged a small nominal fee to add users ($14.95 ea.).
Please note, for security purposes, the same user ID/password can not
be used at the same time, so be sure to purchase enough user IDs.
- Running QSS has the additional benefit of ensuring that HYPE's QSS security and maintenance servers update your QuickClaim license with the latest government mandated patches and SOB, whiling maintaining your QuickClaim computer.
