QuickClaim and the Jan 01, 2008 SOB
The Jan 01, 2008 SOB has a format that is newer then previou2s SOBs. The latest QuickClaim, QuickClaim Version 2.2 is required for uploading the new SOB update, JANSOB2008.
If you have QuickClaim 2.2.3 (check System Functions/About) then...

Download the latest QuickClaim 2.2 installer from our website at http://www.hypesystems.com/clientarea/.
- Uninstall QuickClaim (This will not affect your database)
- Install (double click) the file you downloaded in step 1
If you do not have QuickClaim 2.2.3 (check System Functions/About) then...

Download the latest QuickClaim 2.2 installer from our website at http://www.hypesystems.com/clientarea/.
- Call us at 1.800.592.2138 ext. 82 to purchase the upgrade ($130.00) and recieve an upgrade licence.
- Uninstall QuickClaim (This will not affect your database)
- Install (double click) the file you downloaded in step 1

Solution: Either on your own or with a Hype representative remotely connected to your computer execute the following:
In Database Query (F10, F10 from the Main Menu) copy and paste the 8 SQL statements below, one at a time and click OK
