A Brief History
Founded as ACTE Solutions in 1999 by Eitan Rooz and his father, Kalman Rooz, our journey began with the creation of SURECLAIM, one of Ontario’s most user-friendly OHIP billing desktop applications. In 2006, Eitan took over the company, rebranding it as HYPE Systems and introducing QuickClaim—an enhanced and redesigned desktop software. Over the years, HYPE Systems Inc. has consistently remained at the forefront of innovation, launching cutting-edge applications like QuickDocs, Q-Requisition, and in 2013, the secure online platform HYPE Medical. In 2024, we took another leap forward with the introduction of the exciting new HyperChart. With 25 years of experience, HYPE Systems has firmly established itself as one of Ontario’s premier providers of medical billing, scheduling, and practice management software.
